I have been doing massage since 2011. I studied at Healing Touch School of Massage Therapy in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. I’m currently licensed in Colorado. I love helping people get out of chronic pain since I know first-hand how it feels. I have studied Synergetic Myofascial Therapy which is similar to Structural Integration for most of my career. I am not a Structural Integrator (yet!) but my mentor, Magnus Eklund, is. 
  I am studying to get my Personal Trainer/Group Fitness and Yoga certification to further help my clients and myself achieve whole-person wellness. I have a daughter, and I’m interested in Wellness, nutrition, all arts, the outdoors, cooking, poker and community.
